Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.
Ship Your Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
